One of the most controversial bands around, Legion Of Doom have no need to be introduced to any black metal fan. Everything has been more than said about the political opinions of the band, so we better focus on the music, ok? LOD play a highly-elaborated
yet raw black metal, with quite a lot of keyboard work, as especially shown
in their second full-length "For Those Of The Blood". They were said to
have signed with German label Darker Than Black Records for the release
of their third album as well as of a special digipack edition of "For Those
Of The Blood" (along with a re-masterization of their first demo "The Desecration"),
but the raids of the German police against this label has prevented these
happenings to come true.
Not much is not known about the future plans of the band, but it seems to me that they are more focused on their respective side-projects than in LOD. A pity, if this is true. |
