In Mexico food is a mixture of the Spanish food and the indigenous food (maize, frijoles, potatoes, bananas, tomatoes, marrows and other fruits). Each region of the country has its speciality, that depends on the products that are sold in it. Soups, meats and fish are as varied as their regions. The Mexican sauce is based on Chile. The favourite drinks are tequila and beer. The desserts are home-made candies. Most of the Mexicans prefer to eat their main plates at lunch. Usually, there is a dessert fruit. At the end of the day, they make a slight supper.
In this number, we are going to explain the accomplishment of guacamole.
Ingredients - Two great and mature avocados. - 1/4 onion. - 1 green Chile. - 1 mature tomato. - 1 green lemon. - 2 small branches of coriander. - Salt.
Preparation 1. Cut the onion and the coriander. Crush the tomato. Cut the Chile into some pieces. 2. Cut the two avocados, remove the skin and knead them. 3. Mix the avocado with the onion, the chili peppers, the tomato and the coriander. Spill them with a little of lemon juice, stir and remove all. | |  |  |  |
