AND YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING QUALIFICATIONS: 5-10 years relevant experience in warehousing and distribution. Plog, CITT, engineering degree/diploma or equivalent. Outstanding leadership, motivational, and team building skills. Thorough knowledge of warehousing and distribution best practices. Excellent interpersonal, conflict resolution, and communication skills. A real passion for and demonstrated mastery of total quality/continuous improvement methodologies and practices (e.g. Six Sigma, Quality improvement process, Kepner Tregoe). Excellent budgeting, cost control, and project management skills. Experience with Logistics Pro or SAP systems an asset.
