Assistant to the Director of the Unit of Local Environmental Planning. Technical communications in several cities of Spain.

Abr. 1996 - Oct. 1997:  BARCELONA CITY COUNCIL. Licensing Officer. Member of a group of 15 engineers responsible for legislating 3,000 industrial and commercial establishments. Technical inspections.

1992 - 96: Organisation of several university parties with colleagues where 1,000 to 2,000 people attended.
