To All from PA0SE,

Starting around 2000 UTC tonight  I intend to do beaconing using QRSS30 
DFCW, shift about 0.5Hz. Dash frequency 135922 Hz; crystal 
controlled;  power about 70mW EIRP.  If there are objections against the 
frequency please let me know;  I can pull the crystal down to about 135908Hz.
