Mongolian Tai Ji Chi Kung

An Art whereit is not physical force that counts but rather your body’s correct positioning, breathing co-ordination with correct rhythm and without interruptions. An internal Art Form developed to open the access to energy, to awaken the Dragon.

They are two easy routines but they engage the force of some very poweful movements which at the same time are gentle:

-         A Chi Kung Form: “The Dragon`s Potential the Chi Kung of the Internal Peace“

The 5 secrets to undestand "the Dragon which lies within Oneself”. One carries out the movements gently until sensing the power within one's self. Whilst the rhythm accelerates, flexibility and fluidity are more notabel.

Letting one's self be guided by the movements and letting the power flow until reaching a point of tranquility where peace reigns.

-         A Tai Chi Form: it’s a short form which is repeated in the four directions of space and its execution in any area whatsoever does not require more than 2 m2.

Optional: Study and analysis of the Peking Tai Chi-24 forms. There will be a time space allocated outside the program so that those who are already familiar with the series can further deepen their understanding of it.

Nights: A space to share, dance and play every night.

Carranza Caves Visit: A unique place due to its incomparable beauty, it constitutes a marvellous visit. It is only possible to admire caves of a similar scale in the Australian continent.

For the Chi Kung form a video has been produced for the Black belt magazine: Ref. CNV/MONGO1. Tel. : 91 549 98 37..       Price: 30

It’s available in 6 languages: German, Portuguese, English, French, Italian and Spanish.

The Course is Designed:

1: As Tai Chi / Chi Kung holidays for those who have not previously performed any type of movement form and this is their 1st contact with Tai Chi or Chi Kung. A certificate of attendance will be given.

2: . As Mongolian Tai Ji / Chi Kung Instructor training for those who have already had contact with some kind of internal art form (Tai Chi, Chi Kung, Bagua Zhang, Wu Hsin I), regardless of the school or form involved. Practitioners of Yoga, dance or other body form techniques can also access this section.

Before arriving at the course, it is important for you to have seen the Mongolian first form, as in this way your work can evolve better and you will get more out of the course.

In order to obtain the Instructor diploma it is necessary to pass the aptitude tests as laid down by the school.

Regardless, in all circumstances the attendees will be given a certificate of attendance. The diplomas are not licensed, rather it is the teacher’s acknowledgement of the pupil for their good work and permission to transmit the art form.
