Mongolian Bagua Tai Ji Chi Kung

Bagua Zhang  is one of the three styles of NEI JIA QUAN, along with Wu Hsin I and Tai Chi Chuan.

Bagua Zhang " The form of the 8 palms or Trigrams " its essence is the variety and continous changes.

Bagua Zhang is different from the other two internal styles in the footwork, the Tao, this is done in a circular way. It´s the art of the winding movement developed by Dong Hai Chuan and is considered the innermost and most esoteric of the three styles. It is based on the principles of Pakua, the 8 Trigrams or archetype forms of the physical Universe. The step of Bagua Zhang is centered around the cyclical changes of movement, turning, spinning, hitting the air with force and rapidity, that is to say, moving in continuos circles.

Optional: we can revise the 24 Pekin Form. There will be some time apart from the course timetable for those who know the form and want to improve it.

Party nights: every night there will be a place to be together, dance and play.

Visit the Carranza Caves: it’s a unique place and a great spectacle. You can only admire a similar one in Australia.

  The Course is Designed:

1: as holidays of Monongolian Bagua Tai Chi  Chi Kung for those who haven’t made any practise or corporal work and this is their first contact with the Tai Chi or Chi Kung. An assistance certificate is given.

2: As an Instructor Training in Mongolian Bagua Tai Ji  Chi Kung, for those who have had contact with any Internal Art (Tai Chi, Chi Kung, Bagua Zhang, Wu Hsin I). It doesn’t matter the style. People who practise Yoga, dancing or other corporal techniques can also access to this modality.

To get the Instructor diploma it is necessary to pass some ability exams.

Anyway, all the assistants will be given an assistance certificate. The diplomas are the recognition that the Teacher gives the student for his good work and it’s also the permission for teach the Art.
