1. - The hiring to make diving courses in the Diving School-Ship will be due to make with a time top of 15 days previous to the date of the boarding.

2. - All the students who contract a diving course must have a previous interview with the Instructor, for the had delivery of the Medical Certificate and the later equipment that will give the day of the boarding in the boat.

3. - All the students of Open Water Diver will sign their Insurance (including in the course) specific for Diving before beginning with education. The divers already experienced will have to be in possession of the insurance of Divers in regulacin who will have to show next to the Certificate and Dive´s Book the Instructor.

4. - So that the Diving School-Ship weighs anchor, it will have to complete a minimum of 5 students and a maximum of 7 students being able to be two of accompanying them.

5. - Each course and specialty of diving, have a minimum and an obligatory maximum of permanence and navigation in the ship established by the Instructor. The dates of the boarding for courses of Open Water night or Mondays to first hour will be made in the morning all Sundays. The disembarkation will be Friday by late/night of the same week. The dates for the rest of the courses in the Diving School-Ship it will depend on the free dates of the Ship.

6. - The days established for the courses are Obligatory. If the student wished to extend his stay of navigation, will have to pay the amount settled down per day plus the rent of the heavy equipment. In this price several daily divings are included if the time and the sea allow it.

7. - The Diving School-Ship will be able to spend the night in ports during its passage of navigation if the students therefore wish it, as long as the amount of the harbor costs through a common bottom is paid.

8. - If the Diving Scool-Ship were seen in the necessity to berth in a port different from its port bases, the harbor costs will have, also, to be paid through a common bottom, being able to disembark and to enjoy all the services that offer these ports.

9. - The accomplishment of any Courses or Specialty will not be able to be distributed in several times several days, if it´s not established or contracted previously by the Instructor.

10. - The payment will be made by banking transference of 50% of the value of the course to the hiring of the same one. Other 50% rest will become in cash the day of the boarding, along with their card of inscription.

11. - All the smaller students of 18 years will have to take their D.N.I. or Passport, as well as an authorization of the parents or tutors to in writing be able to embark in the Diving School-Ship.

12. - The Boat School of Diving reserves the right to change or to modify the conditions of hiring and/or prices without previous warning.

Return       CONDITIONS FOR THE HIRING OF DINVG´S TRIP     Links

1.- The hiring to make trips of Diving in the Diving School-Ship will be due to make with a time top of 15 days previous to the date of the boarding

2. - So that the Diving Schoo-Ship weighs anchor, it will have to complete a 5 minimum of and a maximum of 7 divers or passengers.

3- The divers already experienced will have to be in possession of the insurance of divers in regulacin who will have to show next to the Certificate and Dive´s Book if therefore he requires our Instructor, to advise the best immersions with respect to their experience.

4. - The Courses of Diving prevail before any trip of Diving, that is to say, if the Diving School-Ship has programmed a course in no case and under no circumstance will modify this programming, reason why it is advised to consult before reserving a trip, the dates available for any trip of diving.

5.- If some diver wished to extend his stay of navigation he will have to pay the amount established per day plus the corresponding rents if this one outside its case and as long as the condition described in point 2 is fulfilled.

6. - Arrival the hour of the boarding, will communicate to all the passengers the state of the time and the sea. In case that this one was not suitable for navigation and the diving they will give to choose several alternatives:

a) To postpone the trip for another occasion when the sea and the time are in better conditions. In this case the amount of the guarantee will remain in deposit until the next boarding with date established by the Diving School-Ship.

b) To risk the trip and to make it, not being responsibility of the Diving School-Ship the impossibility of not being able to dive or having to take refuge in near ports. Once the Diving School-Ship weighs anchor of its port Base, this one does not become person in charge of unforeseen expenses of the time and the execution of everything or does not leave from its activities reason why return of money will not be admitted and/or the transfer to another weekend of this trip. Also, the amount of the harbor rates, will have to be paid daily and independently by a common bottom between all the passengers (excluding the crew).
