English Hello, I'm Dr. Raul Rios Centeno, as you or as any familiar you know, I was born with a port wine stain that involved the left side of my face, lip, tongue, chin, neck, and chest. Obviously it make me search for a treatment since I was a kid, but it was not possible because it didn't exist. Actually it exists the technology, and I have followed the treatment as a patient, but I have done all the necessary studies for being a trained physician qualified in laser surgery. Now it is the time for joining all the efforts for getting a laser device and start the treatments.
