FIRST.- Please fill in the Reservation
form (Solicitar
reserva) with: Full name, date of birth
and passport number, your full address and telephone number
apartment preferences, number of persons, arrival and
departure dates and any other additional information you
may need.
SECOND.- We will confirm Previous availability
of the apartment selected by mail. If it is not available,
we will offer you other apartments available for your
dates. Minimum stay 3 nights. Ask for special rates for
at least one month rental.
THIRD.- Once we confirm previous availability you need
to pay 10% total invoice to confirm reservation + 50€
reservation fee (bank transfer prefered). When
we recive the payment we will confirm the final reservation..
FOURTH.-Payment Terms: 90% total invoice is to be payed
before entrance, it is posibel to pay cash on arrival
if aggred.
Breakage / Security deposit from 150 to 600 Euros
depending on the apartment (payable in cash upon arrival
and refundable on departure less any deductions that may
be applicable).
Banking charges must be paid by applicant, and should
never be deducted from payment.
All our prices are without tax.
To avoid any problem, we would thank you to send copy
of the bank transfer documents to fax.
FIFTH.- Cancellation Policies.
- If the cancellation is made 30 days or more prior to
the arrival date, Pisobarcelona.com will refund 70% of
the total rent amount.
- If the cancellation is made between 29 and 15 days prior
to arrival date, Pisobarcelona.com will refund 35% of
the total rent amount.
- There will be no right to any refund if the cancellation
is made 14 days or less prior to arrival date.
SIXTH.- Confirmation.
You will be asked to provide your arrival and departure
times (e.g. flight time) at least 7 days before arrival
to allow us to organize meeting in front of the apartment,
handing over keys, etc.
SEVENTH.- How to meet in the apartment.
We will send you an e-mail with full instructions to meet
at the apartment, including name and contact telephone
number of the person who is going to meet you and show
you around the apartment. This will be your "Welcomer".
Once you have arrived in Barcelona, you can phone your
Welcomer to confirm arrival.
Your welcomer will give you the keys, show you the
apartment, explain you a little bit about the area and
collect the 150 / 600 Euros breakage deposit in cash and
rest of total invoice payment if any.
Please arrange appointment with your Welcomer for your
departure.
If you arrive out of working hours (Monday-Friday 09:00
- 19:30h; Saturday 09:00 - 14:00h), an additional fee
of 30 Euros will be charged.
EIGHTH.- During your stay.
Please contact us immediately if you find anything missing
or in bad condition, or if you accidentally alter or break
anything, so that we can settle things satisfactorily.
If there is anything we can help you with, please contact
us.
Kindly try to contact us during working hours.
NINETH.- On your departure.
Departure should be before 10am, but upon previous
communication, we will try to be flexible if no other
guests are checking into the apartment on the same day.
The Welcomer will arrive to check the apartment, collect
the keys and give you back the breakage deposit of 150
/ 600Euros, after deducting damages if any.
TENTH: Good behaviour
- Only those named at the time of the rental may use the
property. The
number of people may not exceed
the number of sleeping places indicated
for each property except in the
case of children under four years old. Should
this condition be violated, we
reserve the right to ask you to vacate the
property.
- You will find all our properties clean on arrival. You
must therefore leave the
flat in good order, at the end
of the rental period. Additional cleaning charges
may be levied against the deposit,
if the flat is not left in a reasonable
condition, as defined by the owner.
- The person signing the booking form
is responsible for the good behaviour of
his/her party. Should anyone in
the party behave in such a manner that it is
not acceptable; the owners may
ask you to leave the flat and report the
matter to the relevant local authorities.
- You and your party hold the property
owners harmless from and against any
and all liability arising out
of, or in any way connected with your use and
occupancy of the property, including
injuries, damages or losses from fire,
theft or criminal activity. The flat owners are never
liable for any of the above
